Rules
Do NOT signal when entering the roundabout. DO signal right when exiting. Traffic inside the roundabout has right of way (when combined with sign 205). In a roundabout, do not stop unless traffic requires it.

Rules
You must follow the direction indicated by the arrow. No other direction of travel is permitted.

You must pass on the left side as indicated. Often placed at traffic islands or road dividers.

Rules
You may drive on either side of the road. You may park on both sides. Overtaking on the right is allowed. Do not enter from the opposite end (marked with sign 267).

Rules
Do not park within 15m of this sign. When a bus has its hazard lights on at the stop, you may only pass at walking speed (Schrittgeschwindigkeit) and must be prepared to stop. This applies in BOTH directions on roads without a center divider.

Mandatory path for horse riders.
Rules
Horse riders must use this path. Other road users are prohibited.









Use hard shoulder

The hard shoulder must be used as a driving lane, typically during traffic management on motorways.
Rules
Drive on the hard shoulder as instructed. Observe the temporary speed limits. Be alert for vehicles merging from the main carriageway.



Separated cycle and pedestrian path (cycle left)

Mandatory separated path where cyclists use the left side and pedestrians the right side.
Rules
Cyclists must use the cycle path side, pedestrians must use the footpath side. Each group stays on their designated side.

Bicycle street

Designates a street primarily for bicycle traffic. Motor vehicles may only enter if explicitly allowed by a supplementary sign.
Rules
Cyclists may ride side by side. Maximum speed is 30 km/h. Motor vehicles must adapt to bicycle traffic and may not endanger or impede cyclists.
